# deepidv Proof

(public transparency log, served at proof.deepidv.com)

A public transparency log for the deepidv verification engine.

Every verification issued by deepidv is cryptographically attested,
included in an RFC 6962 Merkle tree, and anchored on Base L2. The
site exposes the full log for public inspection, search, and
verification.

## Technical primitives

- ECDSA P-256 signatures on every attestation
- RFC 6962 Merkle log with hourly segment closure
- Signed Tree Heads (STH) signed by the chain-master KMS key
  (AWS KMS, non-exportable, ECDSA NIST P-256 / SHA-256)
- On-chain anchors on Base L2 every UTC hour
- RFC 3161 timestamp tokens on every record (Sectigo + DigiCert)
- Verifiable proof bundles include the envelope, the issuer
  signature, RFC 3161 tokens, the Merkle inclusion path, the STH,
  and the Base L2 anchor

## Operator

The chain layer is operated by deepidv. The chain-master key
(an AWS KMS asymmetric key, non-exportable) handles segment
closure, STH signing, on-chain anchoring, and consistency
monitoring. Rotation requires a 3-of-5 Safe transaction recorded
on-chain. The governance console is gated behind SSO + WebAuthn.

## What this is not

- Not a list of identities
- Not a database of personal information
- Not a marketing surface

The log records cryptographic proofs of verification events. No
identifying data of verified subjects is published. Labels appear
only as salted SHA-256 commitments, with values revealed only when
the issuer has explicitly opted to.
